The DB2/4 Mk II Drophead Coupe also holds the distinction of being the first production Aston Martin convertible with Tickford coachwork from the famous Newport Pagnell factory. In total, only 199 Mk II DB2/4 models would be produced, of which it is estimated that fewer than 20 were Drophead Coupe style.
