Selling or Buying a 1974 Maserati Indy?

1974 Maserati IndyThe Maserati Indy was introduced at the Geneva Auto Show in 1969 and produced for five years. The model was named in honor of Maserati’s two victories at the Indy 500 race in 1939 and 1940. The four-seater GT was well received by the enthusiasts and motoring press, thanks to a subtle and refined design by Vignale, as well as its well-tuned mechanics providing an enjoyable driving experience. The car was initially fitted with a five-speed manual gearbox but an optional three-speed Borg-Warner automatic transmission was made available on option. Inside, an elegant and refined dashboard was complemented by a beautiful three-spoke steering wheel. The 1974 Maserati Indy was available with a 4.2-liter, a 4.7-liter or a 4.9-liter engine, the later offering extra features such as an improved air-conditioning unit and larger wheels.
