Selling or Buying a 1989 Ferrari 328 GTS?

Succeeding the Ferrari 308 GTS, the 328 was fitted with the same V8 engine as the one used in the QV (quattrovalvole) variant, with an increased capacity of 3,185 cc. The Bosch fuel injection system was retained but now fitted with a Marelli electronic ignition system, which helped produced an output of 270 hp. As for the Ferrari 308, the engine of the 328 GTS was mounted in unit with the all-synchromesh, five-speed manual transmission assembly, which was located at the back and below the engine sump. Design-wise, the 1989 Ferrari 328 GTS resembles its predecessor, with a softer wedge profile and a reworked nose featuring a rounder shape. Inside, the car also benefitted from a refreshed design, with new seat panel upholstery and stitching, redesigned door panels and pulls, as well as many luxurious details. As 1989 was the last year of production for the Ferrari 328 GTS, this model is the ultimate development for the series, featuring the most advanced mechanical and technical features of its generation.
