The most popular feature of the Silver Spur was its suspension system, which was similar to the self-leveling suspension that made Corniche and Silver Shadow models popular. However, Rolls-Royce added a hydraulic mechanism in the Silver Spur and Silver Spirit that automatically adjusted the ride’s height as it was being driven.
