Produced from 1964 to 1966, the Lamborghini 350 GT was the first road vehicle made by the manufacturer. Directly competing with the Ferraris of the era, the 350 GT was a well-made and beautifully designed two-seater with satisfying performance. Powered by a 3.5-liter V12 engine linked to a five-speed ZF manual transmission, the 350 GT could reach a top speed of 158 mph and could accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in less than 6.8 seconds. 23 units were equipped with an enlarged 4-liter unit towards the end of the production run, while the replacement Lamborghini 400 GT model was in development. Designed by Carrozzeria Touring, the Lamborghini 350 GT featuring four-wheel independent suspension and an aluminum bodyalthough some units had steel bodies.
