The 1978 Bentley T2 was the second model year produced for the updated version of Bentley’s T1 series. This vehicle had a sleek, rounded unibody design that appealing to buyers everywhere. Buyers were able to choose between a fixed head (hardtop) version of the vehicle or a drophead version of the vehicle to get some wind in their hair during the drive. The car had a low bonnet making it lower to the ground than previous models. Some unique features that the 1978 Bentley T2 upgraded were the rack and pinion steering design, improved air conditioning for the cab, and a new bumper design using rubber. Coachwork as always was done by either James Young or Mulliner Park Ward, making these vehicles both luxurious and spacious.
