Despite their children’s desperate attempts to reach the property, emergency restrictions prevented access. The family lost nearly everything. In a remarkable twist of fate, when the owners were finally permitted to return to their property, they discovered the wife’s wedding ring in a box amid the rubble – a poignant symbol of resilience mirrored by this fire-damaged classic.
