Buying or Selling a 1928 Rolls Royce Phantom I

1928 Rolls Royce Phantom I

The 28 Phantom I was the last of the Phantoms to be made under the name New Phantom. The following year, Rolls-Royce released their Phantom II car, which resulted in them renaming all previous Phantom models the Phantom I. Despite releasing a new and improved Phantom II, Rolls-Royce continued to produce its Phantom I model up until 1931 in the United States. The stylish body of the Phantom I perfectly captures the look of automobiles in the 1920s. The cars 7.7-liter, six-cylinder engine was powerful enough to handle such a heavy car, and the rubber coupling installed on the four-speed gearbox meant that the driver was able to control the vehicle with minimal vibration. Additionally, 1928 Rolls-Royce Phantom I was the first model to come with cast-aluminum cylinders, and the vehicle was available in a 143.5 chassis or a 150.5 long-wheelbase model.
